Production & Shipping Policy

At Optech Holsters, every product is handcrafted and made to order. Because each holster is built specifically for the customer’s selected firearm and configuration, production timelines vary.


Production Time (Made-to-Order)

Production time depends on whether a 3D mold already exists for your firearm model.

  • Existing 3D mold:
    Orders are typically produced and shipped faster than the standard lead time.

  • New 3D mold required:
    Please allow 2–4 weeks for full production.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Production time may vary due to order volume, material availability, or complexity. This process ensures proper fit, retention, and safe functionality.


Shipping Time (After Production)

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

⚠️ Production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping carriers do not include production time in delivery estimates.

Optech Holsters is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking is available:

  • On the USPS website, or

  • Through our “Track Your Order” page

Tracking updates are provided by USPS and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may apply when offered and will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Optech Holsters is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, the customer must contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Optech Holsters does not replace or refund orders lost, delayed, or stolen in transit once marked as delivered by USPS.


U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Optech Holsters ships exclusively within the United States.
