Are OPtech holsters made to order?

Yes. Every holster is handcrafted specifically for the firearm and options you select.

 

 

What is the production time?

Production varies depending on mold availability.

 

  • If we already have the mold → production is faster

  • If a new mold must be printed → production takes 2–4 weeks

 

 

Do you keep holsters in stock?

No. All holsters are made to order for precision fit.

 

 

FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY

 

How do I know which light model to choose?

Customers select the exact weapon light they own. If your light is not on the list, contact us.

 

 

Are your holsters optic-ready?

Yes. All OPtech holsters accommodate red dots and optics.

 

 

Do your holsters work with threaded barrels or compensators?

Most of our holsters accept threaded barrels. Some compensators may require special fitment—contact us for details.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

How long does shipping take after production?

USPS Ground takes 3–5 business days. Priority takes 2–3.

 

 

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, tracking is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

 

 

RETURNS & WARRANTY

 

 

Do you accept returns?

Because holsters are made to order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

 

 

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

Yes. All OPtech products are covered against manufacturing defects for life.

 

 

What is NOT covered by warranty?

 

  • Normal wear

  • Cosmetic scratches

  • Damage from heat (e.g., inside a car)

  • Wrong firearm/light selection

  • Misuse

 

 

ORDER ISSUES

 

 

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. We cannot modify orders after they ship.

 

 

My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.

Contact USPS directly. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
