Yes. All Optech Holsters are handcrafted and made to order, based on the specific firearm and options selected at checkout.
What is the production time?
Production time depends on mold availability:
Existing mold available: production is typically faster
New mold required: production typically takes 2–4 weeks
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
Do you keep holsters in stock?
No. We do not keep inventory. Every holster is made to order to ensure proper fit and retention.
FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY
How do I know which weapon light to choose?
Customers must select the exact weapon light model they own.
If your light is not listed, contact us before ordering.
Optech Holsters is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect light selection.
Are your holsters optic-ready?
Yes. All Optech Holsters are designed to accommodate common red dot optics.
Do your holsters work with threaded barrels or compensators?
Most holsters accommodate threaded barrels.
Some compensators or aftermarket modifications may require special fitment.

SHIPPING
How long does shipping take after production?
Once production is complete, estimated transit times are:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Shipping time does not include production time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates are provided by USPS and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Do you accept returns?
Because all holsters are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns or refunds are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. All Optech Holsters products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects only.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
The following are not covered:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic scratches or surface marks
Heat damage (for example, leaving the holster inside a hot vehicle)
Incorrect firearm or light selection
Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
