At Optech Holsters, every product is handcrafted using high-quality materials and tested for durability and reliability.
Because of this, we proudly offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
If any part of your holster fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, subject to the terms below.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects, including:

Cracked or damaged Kydex caused by a manufacturing flaw

Hardware failure (screws, posts, washers) under normal use

Improper fit resulting from a production error

Premature wear directly caused by defects in materials or workmanship
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are not covered under this warranty:

Normal wear and tear from daily use

Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic marks

Changes in personal preference regarding retention or carry style

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

Fit or compatibility issues resulting from incorrect firearm or light selection
-
Heat damage caused by leaving the holster in a hot environment (such as inside a vehicle), which is common to all Kydex products
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service:

Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days
If approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement.
Shipping Costs

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Optech Holsters will cover the cost of repair or replacement

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us
